What We Do
Ironworkers engage in a variety of challenging and exciting types of work, often at high elevations. Being an ironworker requires critical thinking, hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to ensure projects are safely completed on time and on budget. Our trade includes:

Training & Apprenticeship
For individuals with little or no ironworking experience, our nationally recognized apprenticeship program offers:

160 hours of instruction each year, including college-level classes and safety certifications that increase your employment opportunities
Graduating apprentices attain journeyman status and receive full pay for the skills they have learned.
